The company operates with fully digitalised systems: work orders and related information are visible directly on laptops installed at all workstations across all departments.
Bonpez boasts a total of 40 machines in operation, some of which are connected to software that enables full integration of job order information, from the moment it is received to final delivery.
Tubeinspect P8
Precision measuring device for curved tubes and wires
TubeInspect P8 is the most authoritative inspection device used in the aviation and automotive industries. It is designed to measure curved tubes and wires with precision and speed. It can automatically capture three-dimensional geometries in as little at 35 seconds- even for complex structures.
This device is directly connected to our bending machines, monitors production, and generates a full report of the measurements taken and any deviations from specified tolerances.
Features:
- Optical measurement: TubeInspect offers fast and precise measurement of tubes of various sizes and shapes, and it supports bending machine programmes.
- Prototyping: TubeInspect P8 optimises prototyping and Reverse Engineering, thus ensuring reliable and repeatable results.
- Technology: TubeInspect P8, with 8 high-resolution cameras, measures tubes and wires up to 1 metre, thus enhancing production efficiency with feedback in just a few seconds.
Bending Machines
- FRX by Numalliance: CNC bending machines suitable for thin wires from 1 to 4 mm;
- ROBOMAC TF and e-Motion by Numalliance: CNC bending machines covering the range from 2 to 10 mm with 3D piece processing;
- BLM 2010: bending machines suitable for large-sized parts.
Fully electric bending ensures maximum precision in wire bending, reduces production changeover times for greater efficiency throughout the entire production cycle.
Cutting machines
EVOCUT 6012, VITARI NR 210: can cut from Ø2 mm to Ø10 mm, ensuring excellent performance in terms of quality of the finished product;
HYPERCUT 8 LB: can cut from Ø3 mm to Ø8 mm with the option of automatic bevelling of rods from 150 mm to 1500 mm.
Thousands of rods pass daily through our cutting and straightening stations. Each one is allocated to meet the requirements for diameter units
Spot welding machines
- CEAWELD PPN Manual Spot Welders: suitable for meeting the needs of small batches;
- GEM MARTA SYSTEM Automatic Spot Welders with 6-7-9 axes: allow operations with automatic rotary tables, ideal for larger production batches.
These machines enable us to produce, through spot welding, meshes with maximum dimensions of 2000×1100 mm in semi-automatic mode.
Laser machines
- W-FIBER 1530 WARCOM;
- LOGICA 2050-60 WARCOM press.
These machines are an added value for Bonpez as it incorporates the strategic process of laser cutting of metal sheets. As sheet metal is often present in items such as displays or grids, this process makes us self-sufficient, significantly reducing production times and costs.
Welding station
To complete the production cycle, we have several MIG and TIG welding stations, supported by a fully automatic collaborative MIG welding robot, essential for higher production batches.
