Our iron and steel wire processing operations are dedicated to manufacturing point-of-sale displays, metal baskets, hooks (for painting or blister packs), wire grids, and a wide range of other products.

Using state-of-the-art machinery, we carry out high-quality, precision wire processing to ensure maximum product efficiency and durability for our clients.

We complement our wire processing with laser cutting and sheet metal bending; this allows components combining wire and sheet metal to be manufactured within a single production cycle, eliminating the need to transfer parts between different suppliers.

Sheet Metal Fabrication

Many of the products we manufacture combine wire and sheet metal. Since we process both in-house, the part does not have to be sent from one supplier to another: this shortens lead times and reduces fitting tolerances.

Fiber laser cutting of iron and stainless steel sheets ranging from 0.5 to 4 mm thick, using a 3 kW FiberLaser.

Bending of sheets up to 2,000 mm in length on a CNC press brake.

We work sheet metal up to a maximum length of 2000 mm.

3D Printing and Additive Manufacturing

Through the Bonpez Additive division, we produce functional prototypes, production tooling, and composite components. We also use it in-house: the welding jigs used to set up our wire processing operations are printed in Onyx.

3D printing services in nylon and polymers for the production of items and rapid, customised prototyping without resource waste.

What we work with

Materials	S235JR carbon steel, bright, suitable for chrome plating S235JR carbon steel, pre-galvanised C72 SM spring steel, phosphated AISI 302 stainless spring steel, stearate-coated AISI 304 – 316 stainless steel
Wire diameters	from Ø 1.5 mm to Ø 10 mm
Sheet thickness	From 0.5 to 4 mm, in iron and stainless steel
Maximum bending length:	2,000 mm
Finishes	Trivalent chrome plating, powder coating in RAL shades or a colour of your choice, electro-galvanising.

The process

From drawing to finished part

1. Send us the drawing or a sample. We accept CAD files, dimensioned PDFs or even just the physical part to be reproduced.

2. Feasibility and quote. We assess geometry, material and quantity and, where useful, suggest changes that simplify production without altering the part’s function.

3. Sampling. Before the production run, we make a sample for your approval.

4. Production and delivery: on request, the finished product can be packed in custom boxes.
